What is a viewer minute?
One person watching for one minute — live, a replay or a shoppable video. 30 people watching a one-hour show use 1,800 viewer minutes.
Why viewer minutes instead of streaming hours?
You pay for the audience you actually reach. A long show to a small crowd costs the same as a short show to a big one — no wasted hours, and no surprise bills when a show takes off.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
A show that's already live is never cut off. You'll see your usage in the app at all times; to start new shows after you've used your minutes, upgrade or wait for the monthly reset.
Do you charge commission on sales?
No. LiveShoply never takes a percentage of your orders.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from the Plans page in the app. Billing goes through your Shopify invoice, paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and upgrades are prorated by Shopify.
