In the app go to Storefront and click Enable next to “Mini-player & reminder popup”. This opens the theme editor with the LiveShoply app embed — switch it on and click Save. To add shows or videos to a page, use the “Add to theme” buttons on the same screen.

Create a show under Shows, add products, then tap “Open live studio”. Open the link on your phone, allow camera and microphone access, and tap Go live. Keep the studio tab open until the replay has finished uploading after the show.

Choose “OBS / RTMP” when creating the show (Starter plan and up). On the show page click “Get stream key & studio”, paste the server URL and stream key into OBS (Settings → Stream → Custom), start streaming, then press Start show.

Choose “Pre-recorded premiere” when creating a show, then upload a video or pick an existing replay. The video starts automatically at the scheduled time for everyone, and ends when the video finishes. Open the host studio during the premiere to chat and run polls.

On the show page (or in the studio's Engage tab) choose a percentage and click Create live deal. LiveShoply creates a real Shopify discount code, valid for 24 hours and once per customer, and shows viewers a one-tap Apply button.

On Growth or Pro, add destinations in Settings → Multistreaming. They're used for OBS/RTMP shows. For Facebook, turn on “Use a persistent stream key” in Live Producer so the key doesn't change between shows.

Under Shows → Past & replays. Replays appear on your live page and in the Shows & replays section automatically once processing finishes, usually within a few minutes.

One viewer watching for one minute is one viewer minute — counted to the second, across live shows, replays and videos. You can see your usage at the top of every page in the app and on the Plans page.

Go to Audience and click Export CSV. On Starter and up you can also connect Klaviyo so new subscribers sync automatically.
